This is a contest organized by Kakegawa City where elementary school students (4th grade) to junior high school students (3rd grade) create recipes for sweets using Kakegawa matcha. Winning entries may be sold at Takoman stores
We are currently recruiting contestants!
- Objective:To increase the recognition of Kakegawa matcha and to enhance learning opportunities about tea for children.
- Target audience:Elementary school 4th grade to junior high school 3rd grade students in Kakegawa City.
- Content:Create and submit a recipe for a dessert using Kakegawa matcha.
- Judging:After reviewing submitted documents and tasting the food, the Grand Prize, Excellence Awards, and Judges' Awards will be determined.
- Commercialization:The winning entry may be commercialized and sold at Takoman stores.
