Participation fee

3,000 yen per person
* Please pay at the venue reception on the day of the event (cash or PayPay only). If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount as change will not be available. Depending on your mobile carrier, you may not be able to get a signal

Content

1. Experience tea picking in a tea plantation illuminated by moonlight.
2. Lanterns and bamboo lanterns create a magical atmosphere. A contest will also be held!
3. The picked tea leaves will be processed into tea at a later date and delivered to all participants (100 grams).
4. Tea service will
be provided. 5. Live music performance (planned).

parking

If you are arriving by car, we will assign you one of the following parking lots in advance: Parking Lot 1, Parking Lot 2, or Parking Lot 3. Please park in the designated parking lot

Shuttle service from Kakegawa Station

For those using public transportation, a shuttle bus will operate from Kakegawa Station to the venue
If you wish to do so, please indicate (enter) this when you apply
Scheduled departure from Kakegawa Station at 18:15 → arrival at the venue at 18:45
   Departure from venue 21:15 → Arrival at Kakegawa Station 21:45

Please take your own infection prevention measures, such as wearing a mask and disinfecting your hands
It can get cold at night, so please take precautions against the cold
Details regarding parking and shuttle bus arrangements will be communicated to the representative at a later date
