This is a rest stop at the summit of Mt. Awagatake, famous for its "tea" character. It offers a beautiful panoramic view of tea plantations using the traditional tea-grass farming method, Mt. Fuji, and the airport.
The scenery alone is quite satisfying.
There's a terrace and a café attached.
The road to the summit is very narrow, so please be extremely careful if you're driving.
