The Tea Promotion Division staff are planning to hold workshops on how to brew tea and the basics of tea, in order to help people learn about and enjoy tea. The workshops will be held four times a year. I might learn some new things about brewing tea if I attend the workshop again. Personally, I'd like to learn how to keep cold tea from changing color over time, and how to make delicious things like sencha lattes
