Matcha and Kudzu Jelly

Kakegawa is famous for its tea, but it's also famous for its kudzu,
and in particular, kudzu cloth, a fabric woven from kudzu fibers, is
a local specialty whose manufacturing method has been passed down since the Kamakura period.

This product combines the famous tea and kudzu.
It uses carefully selected domestic matcha and deep-steamed Kakegawa tea, concentrating the original flavor of the ingredients.

Its chewy and bouncy texture, similar to warabi mochi, is its charm.
