Kakegawa Tea Ennare is an “art festival for community development” held in Kakegawa City, one of Japan’s leading tea-producing areas, which connects culture, art, citizens, and the community through “bonds” to create and promote the city’s appeal. It is held once every three years. It is a regional art festival that blends “tea” and “art.” The festival lasts for approximately two weeks, with venues located throughout Kakegawa City.
